Equine trail letterboxes

From: (LETTERBOXR@aol.com) | Date: 2000-07-09 03:37:47 UTC-04:00
I've started a list of letterboxes that are located on designated horse
riding trails. You can take a look at it by going to:

http://members.aol.com/letterboxr/equine.htm

Eric, I took the liberty of adding your box to the list... let me know if you
have a problem with that.

Anyone who has a box to add to the list can contact me directly, or post to
this list.

Sincerely,
Mitch (Der Mad Stamper)

Mitch,

No problem. You think you might be able to get me a nice horse so I don't
have to walk that trail to check my box? You can send it as an attachment
to an email, might take me a week to download it but I would promise to
plant a whole lot more equine boxes ;-)

Proper protocol would be to post to the list.

John,
What do you mean? I did post it to the list.

Clarification: Proper protocol would be for people to post to the list, not to you directly.

I didn't know there was a protocol for accepting submissions to my own
webpages. Thanks for clarifying that.

So, for the record... if you create a new box, as always, post it to this
list.

If you have an existing box that you would like to add to my list of Horse
Trail Letterboxes, I guess you should also post it to this list. Sorry, I'm
not up-to-date on the latest protocol.

Lastly, my email addresses are...
LetterboxR@aol.com
der-mad-stamper@egroups.com
There is no protocol there, you can discuss anything you like. If I don't
like it, I'll just erase it!!

Apologetically,
Der Mad Stamper
